Haven't lifted in about a week. Work got crazy busy and stressful so I used it as an excuse to overeat. Haven't been on much myself besides to weigh in. Thanks for checking in. 🙃

I just can’t stand time slipping by sooo fast!!!! I have no time to surf FS and be witty. 😆 Plus, I need to record what I am munching, but that can be a joke in itself. Take care, just enjoy life!👍
