wow this was a surprise!! added 45 lbs to my max deadlift in 4 days I guess I have really just gotten the technique down now pulled 345 today and damn I was happy with 300 last week I'm amazed with todays performance. what was your work out of the day?

Our weather is yucky, so I spent my workout jumping on my little trampoline. I also left my hand weights in a spot I pass frequently and do 10 reps every time I walk by. I need a more formal weight lifting routine, but for now I'm happy.

edit: 8460 steps in less than an hour (am). That's as fast as I can go still 'walking'. (Still trying to get rid of sofa to set up Total Gym)

My workout was shopping at Walmart in the pouring rain which is a hop, skip, and a jump from where two people got shot last night and ended up being airlifted to St. Louis. Hardly anyone was in the store. Spooked, I guess. Couldn't hardly wait to get out of "Dodge" myself. I'm glad I am retired! Being a Critical Care Nurse here now is getting to be dangerous.
