one of those days where Im just not feeling it have a headache but want to lift. As Im warming up on my bike trainer I look over at my nobody cares work harder flag and got all the motivation I needed to go try some bench PRs before my squat till I drop session. Been lifting 7 months and just hit approximately 1.2x body weight bench press of 180lbs I'm pretty happy with that my chest had been lagging behind my other muscle groups for awhile before I started doing a third day of bench press on leg day.

yagolel thanks and your right sometimes sweeping it under the rug isn't the best idea. I've gotten much better at deciding when It's ok to sweep it under and when isn't. hope your having a good day.
