10k jog/walk. Going to do stretching and upper body strength training later too. I’ve decided to keep my job for now. The work hours are unreasonable given the relatively low pay, but the opportunities for training & certification are worth it temporarily.

It's doing pretty good! I've just been doing easy runs, I'm afraid to go past 3 times a week quite yet, but I might try 4x next week 😁

Love your blue glasses and bright yellow shirt! I'm impressed over your 10k! Wish I didn't have so many old injuries because I always loved running!!!

Love the glasses! Wish I could run...I lift weights but some added cardio is always good!!

Thank you Diana! I love these glasses. I need new ones soon though. I’m glad you can still lift. I like doing both strength training and cardio. I don’t know how to dead lift etc though, just use the machines. What about you?
