Finally met the first goal! Took just over 6 months to meet my 3 month goal. I'll set another goal in a couple of days. I lost nearly 10 pounds in just over 2 weeks. Starting on the 14th, which is when I think I started the low fat WOE I lost fractions of pounds almost every day. But that stopped about 3 days ago when I was up almost a pound (didn't post it) for no reason. Imagine it was just water.
There was a skunk on the deck right next to the bedroom sliding glass door. He was eating peanuts in a dog dish that the squirrels hadn't finished. That was around 3am. When I went to let Bobby out when it got light at 5am the skunk was just on the other side of the dog fencing (metal see through). I had to wait for him to run off before letting Bobby out. Lots of deer hanging around. 2 does and a young buck, maybe a yearling with tiny antlers spend hours under the deck. Peachese are almost gone because the deer are eating them. They are even pulling branches down to get to them. But I still have plenty for me.
