6 months of being in a calorie deficit in the books ... wow time goes so fast yet can also be so painstakingly slow at the same time haha down 47.9lbs total and 1.6 pounds for the month and if the wyze scale is even remotely accurate then I'm down from 18.3% body fat to 17% this month. seeing a big difference in muscle definition and the bottom part of the six pack is deffintly showing more which is my last goal to see the full six pack. still deciding if I will post my monthly progress pic on July 4th or not. still not happy with the loose skin but I've made massive progress and what looks like a pretty big difference in definition from last month. recomp is going well, feeling much happier and more full now that I increased my calories by 150 and tweeked my macros to focus more on fats and lots of carbs and adjusted my protein down a bit. I was platued and actually went up in weight for most of the month it wasn't till last week that I really broke through again and started seeing the rewards. keep it up everyone the reward is worth it Im still shocked at the progress ive made. 👍

had to end the month on a low note did my normal warm up bike trainer ride and stretching for leg day got the rack and bar all set up for squats but only got 2 reps in before it was abundantly clear that my motivation and energy level were just not there today. guess I'll hit legs tommorow instead. 🤪
