hopefully don't do too much diet damage today and tommorow. Have a rehearsal dinner tonight and my sisters wedding tomorrow. I should be able to work the rest of today's calories around tonights big dinner out and stay in a deficit but tommorow will be another story entirely with the ultimate cheat meal.
