burning myself out pretty bad low on energy so deciding to make today a re feed day and increase my calories just for today to 2500 to 2700 this is an experiment to see how my body recovers. I have a busy day of yard work today and wnqt to lift tonight we will see how it goes if it gas the desired effects I make make this a weekly or every other week thing as I push towards my final goals
