honestly, I'd prefer those fabulous little pickled ones, but they come with more calories, so nah. I'm craving a good antipasto now. mmmm, not much here to make one with.

I don't even know if they're technically pickled, they're just more acidic than regular canned ones which I can't stand.

I like my shrooms pan fried in butter and herbs.... but that's not so good for diets hehe.
