Frankly once you start it is hard to stop. Some folks have been saying that I look to skinny, so am going to reintroduce processed carbs at least back into lunch and allow myself some snacks here and there. Shows you that even when you're done it is still a bit of a battle to get back to 'ordinary eating' without the fear of loading up again. So the plan of sticking to the regimen with some changes is the best thing for me I think. Time to stabilize.
