Day 1 of a planned 1 days of ‘water fasting’
The 'refeed' yesterday went well. Only 20 net carbs 👍🏾
I also had a chance to run, so it was 3 strait days of running while 'water fasting'.
A total of 4 pounds in 4 days 😁
I also got my first vaccine shot 💉 and that removed my last excuse for "feeling sorry for myself and eating what I wanted because of COVID".

I sure hope you're taking vitamins? Fasting is dangerous. Take care of yourself. At least drink some bone-marrow soup or any soup liquids.
