Didn't reach my calorie goal again. This time it was a giant glass of red wine last night and Friday's calories were really high - and I'm not sorry. This week was really hard, but there were some positives too. Had video chats with a good friend, and family in New Zealand - that always cheers me up - so the aim is to do that more regularly. I also may have some work coming in for the next few weeks that I know I'll enjoy if I don't let stress levels get too high.

Did three strength workouts, but no real walks due to hubby having a sore foot. I tried a bit of YouTube walking cardio instead and quite enjoyed it. Well, this is a new week and my last chance to lose some grams for January before I take a break from tracking for the start of Feb.

Just a note that I am not looking for any advice - I'm just plodding along and quite content even if my weight stays stable for now or fluctuates a bit. These journal entries are mostly for me to keep track of what I'm doing week to week and I share them because I like to see what others are doing as well so they might as well see what I'm up to - whether successful or not.
