Thanks D'sP. Bewildering drop and I guess short lived looking to the long game. Holding my goal of losing 3 pounds of fat and adding 5 pounds of muscle over a year. Adding is hard at 56, especially when medical conditions and their treatments impact that dynamic. But, I'm keeping in mind that older people, with more limitations have succeeded in being fit and healthy.
