My weight just goes up and down and up and down and up and down lately. I have to do something different about our dinners... but what exactly, I am not sure yet.

how about trying out my favorite dinners?? This is what I do; prepare your delicious meal and then take that scale and make a bonfire out of it...talk about cozy!! NO MORE UPS AND DOWNS! lol
