Finished my pineapple last night, good dent in the spinach and I think I'm getting this two week rhythm down on produce. Did a mid-effort swim last night with focus on form. Felt good, no hands falling asleep. Did some dolphin after, needed to work the lower back muscles since I noticed some strain when I sat at the sewing machine this weekend. No walk, will go tonight.
