Took a break, swam for lunch. Ate cookies instead of almonds as my pre-swim snack. They'll be gone tomorrow. Fun change. Eating my avocado with dinner. Planning shorter walk with dogs, maybe soak after. I have started Tiger King. Fascinating. Going to have to ration it out over the week.
