Wondering what people do who weigh all their food. I used to just choose selections like "1 medium" potato or apple, etc. But if I weigh an apple before eating it and it weighs 6 ounces do I post that or do I weigh the core that's left and I don't eat to figure out exactly what I ate? I wonder if it really makes much difference.

This is the scale I use https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0113UZJE2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 And I think weighing is more accurate than 'size' or 'measure' in cups. I realize it's ALL just estimates but I like learning 'oh, that's about 5 oz of XX or 2 oz of YY' - I make it like a game guessing before I weigh it. It helps me for when I'm out w/o my scales.
