💀💀💀... *deceased* I know it was slow, and it literally took me an hour and 35 minutes to do 5 miles, but I feel super proud of myself. And my brother, whom I take to workouts with me- he did 2.5 💖👍. I feel good though, mostly. Every time I workout hard my arms and hips go numb. I have a pinched nerve somewhere...🤔
