I have all kinds of calculations for losing weight. Distilled, here is the plan:
1200 calories per day intake. No white bread, no pasta, no potatoes, no white rice. Nothing breaded and fried. No corn or carrots. Little alcohol.
Following the Mediterranean plan with the above decisions. Aiming for 20-25 grams of fiber a day.
Weight lifting/body weight strength training 2-3 times per week. Dance 2-3 times per week. Other cardio 1-2 times per week - I might buy a bike and a trainer for my work out area.
That's pretty much it. Good luck to all of us!

That sounds like a great plan, but are you sure 1200 calories is enough to fuel all of that movement and exercise? 😬

@Manifesting Mandy I am probably not going to get to all of that exercise, but 1200 is still 300 over my resting metabolic rate
