I woke at 227.8, up 1.4 from yesterday. Protein drinks, black coffee, and zero-calorie drinks until dinner. Targeting 1350 calories. UPDATE: Moved a lot of water out today so I was excited to see my evening weigh-in. Sure enough, I got to 224.0 when I arrived home. Ate exactly on my 1350 calorie goal, with all the macros right where I wanted them.
