We seem to have finished with the warm weather and power outages due to high fire danger. We've had some rain and it sounds like we will be getting lots more with a big storm. Hope the rain is done before my next trip to the coast a week from tomorrow.
The weight loss has stalled even though I am not eating badly. I was going to fast today but was hungry in the morning and had a toasted dry half bagel. Then I made a baked potato for lunch using the one remaining potato in my kitchen. I'll post my weight tomorrow and figure out a goal for December. The goal may be to not gain in December.
Managed a walk this morning around 7:30. I am getting up so early these days, ever since the time change. I seem to wake between 3 and 4am and get up by 5. It feels like it should be getting dark about now, and it's not even 1!
