I had a nice weekend, saw my daughters and some friends over the weekend. Cleaning, cleaning, as I have houseguests on the 16th (band members crashing after the dance).
Connected with a college acquaintance and will meet up at the reunion.
Gotta get into the 150's by June! I found a farm share that doesn't use plastic packaging so I will add that to my food for the summer.
Had a conversation with a daughter about cancer and remembered that I am working toward cleaning up my diet to improve my chances of avoiding or mitigating cancer. Apparently pancreatic cancer has a genetic component so I may have to be ready for that. Also, one aunt died of breast cancer and another of stomach cancer so gotta keep that in mind when I think about my health.
Ugh, Monday but I have a fun week ahead! Going to run at Sneaks for Beaks to benefit the Foster Parrots in Rhode Island.
