@Fritzy 22 you are right, I didn't make my point very clearly! I basically meant that I can't follow the recommended serving sizes - I have to start taking half or two-thirds of a serving if I want to get a wide variety of food without going over my daily calorie allowance.
So half sandwiches, smaller snack portions, while counting calories.
Tomorrow is the new month! I can do it.

Of course you can! I too find that it’s easier to take half servings of a lot of foods. Plus if I have calories left at the end of the day/week then I can have a bigger than normal treat. You are doing great! Here’s to a great April for you!
