Been somewhat absent because I was without a computer and I am pretty much only good at logging on the phone. Finally got a refurb and it arrived today. So, down to 153, having a cheat night with the BF, but also skipping out on a HH with friends because I don't need alcohol and pizza in the same week. A lot of changes the past week. Mom came to visit for a week, cracked her pelvis and is likely here for six weeks since I have a single story house. This is not how I envisioned my week off from work. Life goes on.

Doing okay so far. I'm off the formal program, just can't deal with input from others, but focusing on 30/30/30 with a daily intake around 1300 more or less. Still swimming. Lots and lots of swimming although I'm taking tonight off. Just tired since we did doc visits, etc. all day long.

Overall, things are good, just an unexpected twist and what's life without those? Boring! Lord knows, my life is never boring.
