The hurricane was/is pretty uneventful here because it has moved so far west. Saying prayers for New Orleans area, though.

Food
choc pb nana smoothie w spinach,
tea with soymilk,
tofu with spinach and onions,
apple,
2 tiny chocolate alphabet squares ('T' and 'Z' if you're keeping track),
pb celery,
low sodium veggie juice,
rice medley w lentils and bechamel sauce, oj

Gratitude
as boring as it was ;) for NOT getting struck by a hurricane this time
rushing wind and quiet rain drizzles outside
peanut butter
my family
new friends of my sister's looking out for her
getting the den clean
making progress on my presentation
homemade bechamel sauce
cookbooks

I'm up to 25 minutes of running. today was hard.

Glad the hurricane missed you, that was a blessing. Good job on the running! 25 minutes to me would be pure toture! Lol And grateful for PNB made me smile because I am a PNB addict! Have a safe and excellent day!
