I may not check in for a while. I feel like I am getting too obsessed with calories too fast for someone who doesn't particularly need to lose weight and just wants to be healthy and fit in her favorite pants. This is not my style and I think a break would be healthy. I tried to set my weight goal so that I didn't have one but couldn't figure out how. Maybe I'll reset it to 135. Very best wishes to anyone reading if I don't talk to you soon.

Your exercise looks really great. The toning should help with those favorite pants. Soooooooo, if you're exercising 1800 calories a day, do as Michael Pollen says. "Eat food, not to much, mostly plants." In your case, 1800 Cals a day. It looks to me like you've already had the weight thing beat. Good job!
