I feel better today so no emotional eating, with the exception of a 20 calorie werther's original I allowed myself in the afternoon to make some paperwork less boring. I had insomnia last night though and feel like I am lacking the energy I need to do day 3 of week 3 of Couch to 5k. I could do it tomorrow and do a walk today but... same difference anyway. I need energy to do my workout! Hubby is working tonight so no exercise buddy. In spite of these challenges I feel good about my eating and myself.
