Today well lived is so encouraging. I am trying to improve my attitude, outlook, and attention to all details in my life. Gaining at skill of living in the day...as I must if I am to stay in Keto, I am improving in my attention to all people around me. As I gain in self respect, I treat others with more respect. MY dull indifference melting away. This notion of paying attention, although not a novel idea to me, is well worth working on now. I am not a joke. As much as I love to laugh , I think for me...the scoffing at all things "self" has been an element in why i could eat so unconsciously. Strange...I read "Be here now" in the early 70's. Must have thrown the book over my shoulder after I was done ;>)...but it comes back now. Thank you to all here at FS.
