Thanks. I've just been weighing every morning just for fun I guess. Tomorrow I will measure, going to be up which is fine but the skin fold is going to cause increase in bf% ugh. Re work it right!? There's a Socrates quote I ran across the other day, it is a shame to grow old without seeing the strength and beauty of which the body is capable, I won't quote that bc he says a mans body I just say a body.
I ran across that on bodybuilding.com so I like seeing how strong I am.
