Annual Bio-metric Screening at the office this morning. I like their scales better than the ones at home. Started Aqua Intake Challenge yesterday, and had a Vegan day yesterday. Let's see if that will give me the kick start I need to get back on the downhill slope.
131,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,9 kg.    Sisa: 57,0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
