Idk how that happened...anyway, going to try and follow my programs nutrition plan to the T this last week. I have three or so more workouts left. I want the scale to go up but not bc I ate junk. What do I do double up on chicken, salmon, Tuna and sweet potatoes? Brown rice? Or do the unthinkable (sarcasm) and eat fat? The container thing lets me have one healthy fat a day which is a 1/4 cup of something. Lol. I get 4 cups of veggies a day 3 fruits 4 carb 5 protein 1 seeds or nut butters or dressing and 5 tsos of stuff like oil a day. Between tracking here and charting there I tend to slack on the containers. So, my goal is to stay on point :-) happy day to all.

Hey that's a nice loss there! I know the feeking about working out and lifting. I have to motivate myself back to the gym, also. Good luck there!

Lol. Yes I wouldn't mind being up 7-12lbs. But not fat. Lol. Idk it's scary but most sites say prepare yourself to gain. It's ok to gain you have to gain... So, I set my RDI up to 1800 from 1200 and before that it was under 1000. I started the 16:8 again for a couple of days maybe that's how I dropped lol. Oops. I stopped that yesterday. We will see. After two months of beachbody I'm way more muscular than ever but I still think a good year of strength training will do it so I will continue and never go back to being a couch potato that drinks every night, I've learned very nice habits and bask in my new body I still have areas to work out but in due time. I pass the mirror and think is that me? Lol. It's definitely been a happy experience.
