That would be stress: death of a loved one, end of semester, awful health issues from stress and lack of movement. Worst semester in 14 semesters. 😩

But I'm doing some decompressing, and I'm feeling better already.

Today I'm back to logging and hopefully getting in some walking. The exhaustion makes it really hard, but I know it will be so beneficial!
