I think I might be right there with you. Don’t have a scale while on vacation but feeling puffy! I ate a lot of carbs yesterday, not much protein…we can do this JC!

I might be up as well. I have kept my nutrition mostly healthy but only had enough energy to WO or walk once this week and last week. For me, that’s slacking!! 😬 I will weigh this weekend.
