decided to weigh myself every day. never done they before but I'm sick of surprises at the end of the week! I'm expecting a small gain over the next wee kor two as I get a bit more muscle from starting up my spin classes again, so that should actually be a good thing.
81,7 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 7,5 kg.    Sisa: 6,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
