Hi all fatsecret members. Still at standstill weight but seem firmer in other parts of my body. My tummy has shrunk which I'm so pleased about. My clothes fit me better and notice my blouses are longer as I'm not so wide. lol. my blood sugars are still erratic. but not as bad if I keep my carbs in line. that's all for 2day. CHUBBS
