With my new lifestyle I’m trying to find my way to understand how the body works. I went for a Doc appointment this morning and my weight is 283🙌🏾 I’m going to take it not just “one day at a time” But, i’m going to chop it up into pieces like half a day at a time- maybe this will help me stay more positive about my journey.
I’m also going to check my scale at home just to make sure that it’s accurate ⚖️
