Hi I’m new to all this Macro Number following. Can you please explain the % that’s says Goal is that what I’m supposed to be eating a day like for fats my goal is 30% it says but I think I went over cause it says 59% I would appreciate a feed back. Thanks 😊

Sunny, it depends on what plan you follow as to what your macros should be. Some people follow a more CICO( calories in, calories out) food plan.Are you trying to diet or are you just wanting to maintain? Do you exercise? These are important to know when calculating macros.
