I'm on my way with help from Fat Secret. I gained 3.5 pounds since my last weigh in on Friday when I lost 8.8 lbs. Hopefully it's just water weight. So, I have to stay on task the rest of the week. I walked for 20 mins this morning. I cycled for @5 mins and other strenghth exercises for abbout 15 mins.
