TGIF! Well the hormonal bloat seems to be leaving me and feeling better. Plus I have walked 2 miles on two lunch breaks in addition to my 1.25 total on my two 15-minute breaks. I have been eating more protein and eating less overall. I have been busy this week so less couch sitting and snacking. Rainy weather on the way so will be back to leg and ab exercises.
