I FINALLY got rid of my 4 moth breathing issue..HAD the 4 Drs I went to LISTENED to me when I said I have a bacterial infection and gave me strong antibiotics..I wouldnt have had to suffer all them months! So today Im intermittent fasting...and I did stretches, leg lifts arm weights crunches.and walked at Walmart for 30 min..
