So after a rocky start where I lost some and then proceeded to eat through my pantry each evening, I am following my new strategy this week and it is paying off. I am trusting that this is spirit led and part of the transformation of how I see food 🥳 I still get up early and begin with a pot of herbal tea as I start my day with prayer and meditation on scripture. Then the big change is a substantial breakfast. This is a work on progress. Then enjoying an equally substantial lunch but a small dinner. No eating after 4pm. I think this is temporary until I break the the mindless eating. Anyway after gaining 2 kilos - that I was too annoyed to even chart I have now list that and a tad more. Feeling grateful 🛐🛐🛐

Carrots and cucumber are your friends 🤣 When I was trying to break the mindless snacking habit I was eating about 3 raw carrots a day (for about a month 😁) on top of my usual meals. Cucumber also floods your body with lots of good nutritious hydration, great for our skin and mental clarity ❤️

I bought the carrots and cucumber. Baked a carrot to go with my salmon and veges for lunch. Still need to get my tastebuds across to raw 🥕. Terrible I know but I have been reading through peoples’ journals and I can see it happens 👍
