I'm so grateful that the weather is no longer as hot as it has been. It makes exercising a more pleasurable experience. Now, exercise is not something I get excited about as a general rule, but today I am enjoying the pleasant warmth and sense of mild muscle exhaustion I have due to doing some cardio/strength training I did today.
