Mega Fibromyalgia flare today. Has anyone with FM noticed any foods that help with nerve/skin pain, or make it worse? I know sugar is not good in these times, but the instant, but temporary relief, is hard to resist.

I use a product called BIOHAWK which I purchase online via Queensland and they post it to me - have been on it for five years now. It’s a powder called RELIEF powder and it is ginger and turmeric. I have a heaped teaspoon is a small amount of OJ each day (tried water but just doesn’t work) and it has changed my life. It gives viruses a hair cut and helps with nerve pain

Thanks malgaynor, I'll get some of that. Zea cream helps too but it's not always convenient to apply that all over me!

Spicehorn just looked up the zea cream and I think I will order some and give it a go!
