I legit have no idea how this happened. I 173.8 my last weigh in which I did in the middle of the night(neurotic I know) and when I got up I had dropped even more. I weighed 3ish times trying to make sure I wasn't seeing things. I know I had drank an obscene amount of water on Sunday date night with my boy.. water weight is still a mystery to me. super stoked for the loss regardless of what it was from. got very few steps in today and no work out so tomorrow I have a bad feeling about.. but not borrowing any trouble prematurely.
