Thank you Bill. It seems I have found a comfortable range. This is encouraging because once I get to my goal, I know I can stay there. I'm O.K. bouncing between 170 and 175 while doing social things. I learned some things this time. I wasn't willing to say no completely and I wasn't comfortable with bring my own food to an event that had food provided. It's all good. today I had a lunch out at a Thai place and immediately boxed up 1/2 of the meal. And tomorrow is a new day. :) J.
