167.8 I'M UP 7.2 lbs-----WOW, a lot of hard work down the hopper. 🙁 Gotta refocus. I didn't binge, but definitely went off the rails with choices and portion control. I haven't been able to workout until this morning due to how the biopsies goofed me up. Oh well, no one can fix it except the one who screwed this up.
