I'm back!!! I've gained about 3-4 lbs.... but
still working out, built some good muscle and ready to cut. I spent the last couple weeks cleaning everything up. Ready to cut and hit a new goal! 💪 We are here and blessed to have each day to work on ourselves. I'm ready again.
65,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 10,8 kg.    Sisa: 4,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
