Current weight is 171 lbs, gained 1 lb. The sad is I've done really well with exception of one cheat day yesterday at the church picnic. I wasn't expecting a gain. The good, I've gained strength and lost inches, which correlates to a fat loss--so I have that working for me. I am determined. I am determined to bust the 170s by the next weigh-in even if it's only by a 10th oz. BTW, I'm up to 22 Pull-ups 🙂
