This is the 3rd day at the same weight. Not too bad since I had a nice dinner out 2 days ago and binged on carbs last night. I will be happy to maintain loss at this rate. Had to take it easy with the walking for exercise because of a flare-up in plantar problems of the left foot. Wearing a 4 year-old orthotic to try to rehabilitate it. It is better today but not good. It's o.k. Gaining health and losing weight is not a race...just a process J

Don't be concerned. I've been on the 221 plateau for 9 days, it broke this morning and the scale said 219.5. You can do it. Just think how great it's going to be to see the scale say 179.8...
