How is F45 going for you? I’m interested in finding out what their functional routines are. At the moment I am studying up on new ranges of stretches to ensure that I don’t injure myself doing weights. I’m too wheezy to even try the timed workouts. It takes me an hour or more to do what are supposed to be 25 minute workouts on my Back to Fit program.

F45 is pretty good for me - they set a pace you need to keep up with but there are regressions & progressions available for most exercises to help you set your own intensity. I have a bung right arm due to a broken elbow some years ago, so I do struggle with anything push up related, but that’s ok. I go as hard as I can where I’m able, dial it back when I need to.
